Si Vintners is the biodynamic wine project of Sarah Morris and Iwo Jakimowicz, working from a mature vineyard first planted in 1978 in Rosa Glen, on the southern edge of Margaret River. The couple acquired the property in 2010 and immediately converted to organic farming, then moved to full biodynamics — the vineyard is now certified by Demeter. Everything at Si Vintners is done by hand: native-yeast ferments, no filtration, sulphur only at bottling. The wines lean into Margaret River's classic strengths — Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Semillon — alongside some of the region's oldest Pinot Noir vines and a textural skin-contact Rosé made from Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet. The result is a small-batch range of genuinely terroir-driven wines from one of the region's most committed biodynamic estates.
Yes. Si Vintners holds Demeter biodynamic certification — one of a small number of certified biodynamic estates in the Margaret River region.
The range includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and a skin-contact Rosé blended from Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet, all from the Rosa Glen estate or trusted regional growers.
The vineyard is at 779 Davis Road, Rosa Glen WA 6285 — in the southern Margaret River zone, with a cellar door open for tastings. Check the website for current opening times.
