Sam Vinciullo is a natural wine producer based at 401 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River, farming a 6.5-hectare estate organically since 2017. The vineyards are dry-grown on own-rooted vines — no irrigation, no chemical inputs — planted with Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemaking strips everything back: fermentation on skins, no pumping, no temperature control, no oak, no fining or filtering, and no added SO2. The result is a small-production lineup of genuinely "living" wines described as reflecting site and season with clarity and precision. No formal organic certification is listed, but organic farming practices have been the stated standard since the current owner took over the vineyard.
The estate has been farmed organically since 2017 using biodynamic and organic practices — no synthetic inputs, dry-grown own-rooted vines. No third-party certification body (e.g. ACO or NASAA) is currently listed on their website, but the organic farming commitment is clearly stated.
All wines are made without any additives — no SO2, no fining agents, no filtration, no temperature-controlled fermentation, no pumping, and no oak. Grapes are fermented on skins from estate-grown fruit only.
The 6.5-hectare estate is planted with Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Wines are released as single varietals and blends including skin-contact whites and reds.
