Portsea Estate sits at the very tip of Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, on the century-old Tintagel property overlooking Bass Strait. The estate is a certified member of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia — not certified organic, but the team farms regeneratively using sheep grazing for soil nutrients and cover cropping to build the calcareous limestone soils that give their Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris their distinctive minerality. Visits are by appointment (4–12 guests), and the estate also produces small-batch estate extra virgin olive oil.
