Macquariedale Organic Wines is a family-run estate perched at 1,100 metres on Mount Canobolas, making it one of Australia's highest vineyards and placing it in the coolest part of the already-cool Orange wine region. Owned by Ross and Derice and with son Tomm as winemaker, the operation relocated to Orange in late 2020 and farms without synthetic herbicides, pesticides, or chemicals, producing organic, low-preservative, vegan-friendly wines.
