About

Jauma has been certified organic since 2009 and is one of South Australia's most committed natural wine producers, making wines with zero additions or subtractions during winemaking. Based at Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills, winemaker James sources Grenache, Sciacarello, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscat à Petit Grain from McLaren Vale, Clarendon, and his own Lenswood vineyard. The 40-acre certified organic farm also grows ten varieties of cherries, pears, apples, and vegetables — visitors can combine a Saturday tasting with seasonal farm produce and, by arrangement, u-pick experiences.
